blūm was named after the intersection of all things coffee, wine, and plants. Coffee blooms when you add hot water to the grounds, creating a frothy layer on top called the bloom. Wine blooms when it is subject to air for a period of time. Plants bloom. We live by the believe that in time and under the right conditions, all things have the capacity to blūm.

Our story began with a coffee shop in Columbia, SC and has since expanded to a location in downtown Charleston, SC which offers a coffee bar alongside a boutique wine and beer bar for a mixed concept community space. Our goal is to simplify the complexity of the coffee, wine, and beer world to make an approachable menu for customers. Our amazing staff is trained to walk you through our menu and help offer suggestions!
